- Take the screenshot without zooming in on the board.
- In Words With Friends, turn off animated tiles for the best recognition.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. To restore a purchase, use “Restore purchases” in the app with the same account you bought it on.
- Please include the app name, your device and a screenshot of the problem if possible.
