These terms apply to the apps Wordfeud Solver, Words With Friends Solver (“Words Solver Friend” on the App Store) and Scrabble GO Cheat (together “the apps”), made by DeepInkCode, CVR 45115666, Denmark. By downloading or using the apps you accept these terms.

What the apps do

The apps read a screenshot of your own game board and suggest words you can play, ranked by points. Suggestions are generated automatically from word lists. We do our best to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every word is accepted by the game, that the board is always read correctly, or that a suggestion is the highest-scoring move possible.

Independent apps

The apps are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of Wordfeud, Words With Friends or Scrabble GO. Game names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe which game an app works with. You are responsible for using the apps in a way that respects the rules of the game and the people you play with.

Free use and Pro

The apps are free to download and try. Pro features can be unlocked with:

• Pro Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro in that app for as long as the app is offered.
• Pro Subscription: a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.

Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you buy. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their terms apply to payment, refunds and cancellation. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google. Purchases are tied to the store account you bought them with; use “Restore purchases” in the app to restore them on a new device.

Apple users

If you downloaded an app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the apps.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the apps, or try to unlock Pro features without paying for them.

Privacy

The apps have no account, no backend and no tracking. Screenshots are read on your device and never sent anywhere. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The apps are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, DeepInkCode is not liable for indirect losses or for the outcome of games played with the help of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, for example when features or prices change. The current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by Danish law.
